Terms of Service

It's standard practice to pay the artist before the start of a commission for some!That applies here too!Be sure to read the terms of service!

Notes

  • I retain the right to refuse any commission regardless of reason

  • Do not edit any of my work or claim any of my artwork as your own

  • Under no circumstances is my art to be resold to anyone for any purpose

  • I have the right to use any work you commission to promote myself or use in portfolios and projects

  • Refunds are no longer available upon halfway completion of project

  • Payment is to be made upfront in full, I'll put the money on hold until the halfway point. Beyond this point I will not offer refunds (you will be told this before I reach this point).

  • All payments will be made via Ko-fi unless stated otherwise

  • All work comes with my watermark and it's not to be removed unless stated or negotiated otherwise

  • Work will be done in a queue as per standard practice

  • Art is for personal use only and is not to be sold or used for making money nor for any commercial use unless negotiated otherwise

Additional Costs

Removal of watermark for average commission costs 10% of the total price rounded up. This is negotiable only on certain projects that will be mentioned when the moment arises.
(However this is only available under circumstances I see fit)merchandised products cost the base price+a negotiable extra charge as I see fit.Notes: all examples shown include shading and or a complex/simple background. examples may include extra characters
